Well we managed to get a few more games played this weekend even through they were all away games due to the pitches at eslington park still not 100% but by next weekend everything should be up and running again and so hopefully we will be back to a full programme.

Some good results this weekend 3 cup wins and a league win for our Sunday teams, a draw for the Girls on Saturday so not a bad weekend all round.Its nice to see we are getting back to playing games and this weekend coming will see the mini-soccer starting again so best of luck to al our teams for the weekend commencing the 22nd-January-2011.
On a couple of other notes the letter forecast for Saturday 15th-January-2011 was T-A-F No winners next weeks prize money will be £1700 best of luck to everyone.
Also you may have noticed the club house is now been demolished by Owen Pugh contracted by Gateshead Council and the club is now waiting for the delivery of some portakins which should arrive hopefully by Wednesday at the latest the demolition should be completed by March and the new building will start approx. 18th-march and be completed within 30 weeks. This will be a difficult time for everyone but hopefully if we all help each other we will see some light at the end of 2011 and be up and running again fully by 2012.
